Primary 3 took a close look at this painting and decided to recreate it, this time not during the sunny afternoon, but instead the same scene as it might look at night.
This linked to their other curricular studies as they were currently learning about how to stay safe at night and the importance of reflective clothing.
They have produced some beautiful work depicting the riverbank at night, complete with stars and glistening water.
Please look out for the dog walkers, which is obviously a very popular nocturnal activity!
