Mrs. Bleakney travelled to London to attend a training course at the gallery. She then returned to school and inspired all the classes to produce work based on the painting "The umbrellas" (1881-86) by Pierre Auguste Renoir.

Primary 1 children photographed as they take part in character play, painting, baking and much more.

Primary 2 children photographed when learning about Pirates and children's parents were encouraged to bring in their own pets to show the class.

Primary 3 children study Antarctica and Penguins. They also design and make their own model bear homes.

Primary 4 children study life in Victorian times. This involved making a film showing Life in Victorian times at Moneypenny's Lock

Primary 5 was visited by Rita Caldwell from "Event Full Day" to learn about life in Ireland during the Mesolthic and Meolithic periods.
